Terms of service
Last updated 27 April 2026
The deal
StickerChart is a free, ad-free sticker chart for personal and classroom use. By using it you agree to these terms. If anything here is unclear or you disagree, don't use the service - or email hello@stickerchart.app and we'll talk.
Your account
You sign in with an email address and a magic-link. You're responsible for keeping access to that email account, and for whatever happens through your account.
Your content
Board names, child names, tasks, stickers - all of that stays yours. We host it so you can use the service, and we don't claim any rights to it. You can edit or delete it at any time.
By creating board content you confirm that you have the right to do so - that is, you're a parent, guardian, teacher, or carer of the children whose first names appear on the chart, or that everyone whose name appears is happy with it.
Acceptable use
Don't use StickerChart to:
- Harass, demean, or shame anyone, including the children whose chart it is.
- Track or monitor anyone without their knowledge or consent.
- Try to break, scrape, or overload the service.
- Do anything illegal under UK or your local law.
We can suspend or remove accounts that breach these.
Free service, no warranties
StickerChart is provided "as is" with no warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep it running, accurate, and online, but we don't guarantee uptime, and we don't take responsibility for any loss that follows from using or not being able to use it (lost stickers, missed rewards, etc.). Treat the chart as a fun helper, not a system of record.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of StickerChart. Nothing in these terms limits liability we can't lawfully exclude (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
Termination
You can stop using StickerChart at any time and ask us to delete your account (hello@stickerchart.app; self-serve deletion coming soon). We can also suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or our acceptable-use rules.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If we change anything material, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and flag it in the app. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the English courts.
