A sticker chart template you can make your own

Reward charts work best when they're about your child: their name, their favourite colour and the few things you're working on this week. Need a different icon? Find one in the emoji finder and paste it in.

How do I make a printable reward chart?

Type your child's name, pick a picture and colour, then add the tasks you're working on - brushing teeth, getting dressed, tidying up - each with its own emoji. Set how many stickers earn the reward, then press Print chart.

Can I save it as a PDF?

Yes. Press Print chart and choose "Save as PDF" (or "Microsoft Print to PDF") as the printer. The chart is sized for A4 paper and also fits US Letter.

How do I use a sticker chart with my child?

Put the chart somewhere your child can see it. Each time they do a task, they stick a sticker in that day's box and in the next goal circle. When the goal circles are full, they get the reward. Keep goals small at first so the reward feels reachable.

Can I leave the name blank and write it in?

Yes. Leave the name or reward empty and the chart prints a line to write on, and a task with no name leaves space to write your own, so you can print a few blank templates at once.

Is there a version that works on our phones?

StickerChart is a free live sticker chart: tap to give a sticker and it shows up on every parent's phone, the family tablet or a classroom screen straight away. Boards can also print this week's chart, filled in with the stickers already earned.

Is it free?

Yes - free, no sign-up, no ads. The emoji art is Twemoji (CC BY 4.0), credited at the bottom of every chart.
